In looking at your order the reason for the poor fitment is that that the part ordered is not the correct one for your bikes. Cube has a specific charging port covers for their many of their ebikes which are not made by Bosch but rather their own design. We suggest reaching out to your local Cube retailer who can special order you the correct covers for your bikes.

The protective cap for the charging socket on my ebike is factory quality so no issues there. My issue is that it does not fit properly on my Scott ebike - it is very difficult to install with a tight fit. In my opinion it has more to do with the design of the area surrounding the socket on the bike than the cap itself.
SScooteretti4 years agoWere sorry to hear that you didnt give the item a 5 star review as this is an original Bosch part. It can also be that Scott may be using a non-Bosch part for the cover on your model of bike which would explain the tight fitment.
