Thank you for your purchase. We hope you're happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund. Please see below for more information on our Return Policy.

*Note: All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to be included with all returns (see details below).


All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. All return items must be in new, unused, resellable condition with all original tags, boxes, and labels attached. 


To return an item, please email customer service referencing your original order number to to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and the completed return form provided, and Mail your return to the following address:

Please note, that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable and insured method to Mail your return back to us.


After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least five business days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1 to 2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.


The following items cannot be returned:

  • Electric bicycles (e-bikes)
  • Electronics (such as controllers, chargers, cables, sensors, kits, lights, displays, and the like)
  • Batteries
  • Spare Parts
  • Tools
  • Helmets (safety equipment)
  • Labor rate fees
  • Sale items
  • Special order items

*Please Note

  • Original shipping costs to you will be deducted from the final refund. For orders that received “FREE” shipping, we will deduct the actual shipping costs from the refund.
  • Sale items are “Final Sale” and cannot be returned.


  • Pre-order deposits are not refundable unless 90 days have passed from the original estimated delivery date provided by Scooteretti on the date of order placement. 
  • Pre-order deposits are not refundable unless 180 days have passed for orders placed where no delivery date is provided by Scooteretti on the date of the order placement.
  • Pre-order deposits for Riese & Müller bicycles are not refundable.
  • Balances not paid within 30-days of Scooteretti receiving the product(s) will be canceled and the initial deposit will be forfeited.
