Returns
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you're happy with your order. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return eligible items to us for a refund. Please see below for full details on our Return Policy.
Note: All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to be included with the return package (see details below).
Returns
All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new, unused, and resellable condition with all original tags, boxes, and labels attached.
Returns Process
To return an item, please email our customer service team at sales@scooteretti.com, referencing your original order number, to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
After receiving your RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging along with the completed return form provided, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.
Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund. Please allow at least five business days from the date we receive your item for processing. Refunds may take 1 to 2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. You will be notified by email once your return has been processed.
Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned:
- Electric bicycles (e-bikes)
- Electronics (such as controllers, chargers, cables, mounts, sensors, kits, lights, displays, and the like)
- Batteries
- Spare parts
- Tools
- Helmets (safety equipment)
- Labour rate fees
- Sale items
- Special order items

Please Note
Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs will be deducted from your final refund. For orders where shipping was paid, the greater of the actual shipping cost or $14.99 will be deducted — for example, if you paid $14.99 for shipping but the actual cost was $23.99, the higher amount of $23.99 will be deducted from your refund. For orders that received FREE shipping, the actual cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
Sale Items: Sale items are "Final Sale" and cannot be returned.
Pre-Orders
- Pre-order deposits are not refundable unless 90 days have passed from the original estimated delivery date provided by Scooteretti at the time of order placement.
- Pre-order deposits are not refundable unless 180 days have passed for orders placed where no delivery date was provided by Scooteretti at the time of order placement.
- Pre-order deposits for Riese & Müller bicycles are non-refundable.
- Balances not paid within 30 days of Scooteretti receiving the product(s) will be cancelled and the initial deposit will be forfeited.
