Thank you for your purchase. We hope you're happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund. Please see below for more information on our Return Policy.
Note that all returns require that a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number be included with all returns (see details below).
All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. All return items must be in new, unused, resellable condition with all original tags, boxes and labels attached.
Pre-orders may be cancelled at any time prior to the items arriving at our warehouse or retail location. All pre-order cancellations will be subject to a cancellation fee as follows:
- Electric bicycles will be subject to a $250.00 cancellation fee per bicycle.
- All items other than electric bicycles will be subject to a 15% cancellation fee per cancelled item.
Special order deposits are non-refundable.
To return an item, please email customer service at email@example.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and the completed return form provided, and Mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable and insured method to Mail your return back to us.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least five business days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1 to 2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
The following items cannot be returned:
- Electric bicycles (e-bikes)
- Electric kick scooters
- Electronics (such as controllers, chargers, cables, sensors, lights, displays, and the like)
- Helmets (safety equipment)
- Bike racks & carriers
- Sale items
- Special order items
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below for assistance.
- Original shipping costs to you will be deducted from the final refund. For orders that received “FREE” shipping, we will deduct the actual shipping costs from the refund.
- Sale items are “Final Sale” and cannot be returned.
