Do I need previous cycling industry experience?
Not necessarily. A passion for cycling is a big plus, but we provide training on our premium e-bikes, accessories, and systems. What matters most is customer focus, teamwork, and a willingness to learn.
Do I need to be bilingual to work at Scooteretti?
Ideally, yes. Since we serve both Ottawa and Gatineau, most customer-facing roles require bilingualism (English & French) to ensure the best experience for our clients. However, we also offer some support roles where English-only is acceptable.
What are the working hours like?
We offer both full-time positions and part-time seasonal roles. Weekend availability is important, as weekends are our busiest times. Schedules are shared in advance to support work-life balance.
Is there room for growth?
Yes! As we expand, including our new Ottawa Train Yards flagship store opening in 2026, there are opportunities for advancement in sales, service, management, and brand development.
