Working in Ottawa and Gatineau
You'll work from our showroom at 100 Trainyards Drive, Unit 32, Ottawa, ON K1G 3S2, in the Ottawa Train Yards. There's easy parking, and the store is a short ride from the multi-use pathways that connect Ottawa and Gatineau.
Store hours are Monday to Saturday, 9:30 am to 5:00 pm. Our customers come from across Ottawa, Gatineau and the rest of Canada, which is why bilingual team members are so valuable here.

Do I need previous cycling industry experience?
Not necessarily. A passion for cycling is a big plus, but we train you on our premium e-bikes, accessories and systems. What matters most is customer focus, teamwork and a willingness to learn.
Do I need to be bilingual to work at Scooteretti?
Ideally, yes. We serve both Ottawa and Gatineau, so most customer-facing roles require English and French. Some support roles are open to English-only candidates.
What are the working hours like?
We offer full-time positions and part-time seasonal roles. Weekend availability is important, since weekends are our busiest days. Schedules are shared in advance to support work-life balance.
Is there room for growth?
Yes. Our Ottawa Train Yards flagship at 100 Trainyards Drive, Unit 32 is now open, and as we grow there are opportunities to advance in sales, service, management and brand development.
