Important Notes:
- To schedule a service for your electric bike, it is required that it was either purchased from Scooteretti or is equipped with a Bosch eBike system.
- To ensure optimal performance and safety, Bosch-powered eBikes not purchased from Scooteretti will undergo a mandatory safety and quality assurance check. This essential step confirms the proper assembly of the bike before any work is undertaken. A one-time fee of $189.99 will be applied to the final invoice, irrespective of the service provided.
- Our goal is to finish the work on the same day as your appointment, although during busy periods, it may require 3-4 business days for completion.

Do you repair all brands of electric bikes?
At Scooteretti we are focused on being experts at everything we do. With that we only service ebikes that have been purchased through us or that are powered by the Bosch eBike system.
Why don't you repair other brands of electric bikes?
Scooteretti has implemented a policy to guarantee an exceptional customer experience. To deliver this top-tier service, we exclusively stock parts for brands available at our store.
For brands not supported by Scooteretti, we recommend contacting the retailer from which the ebike was purchased for guidance on obtaining service.
I have a service appointment but need to postpone. Can I reschedule?

I am not exactly sure what service is needed. How can I let you know the issue(s) I am having?
No worries, do your best to select the most appropriate item(s) from the list when booking your appointment online. There is also a notes section where you can add additional details.
Once the bike is brought to us you can also add or give more specific details when greeted by our service advisors.
How long will the service take?
We strive to promptly complete most service work within the same day.
However, during peak season, it may require 1-3 days to finish the work.
For more precise information, our service advisors will gladly assist you during your visit.
I need to have immediate service done to my bike. Do you offer an express service?
We provide an exclusive Express service option that guarantees top priority for your ebike. This premium offering is available at an additional cost.

I am unable to bring my bike in. Are you able to pick up my bike?
Our white glove pick-up service is an added convenience we offer for a nominal fee. This service is available within a 50km radius of the Ottawa/Gatineau area.
Alternatively, if you're a CAA member, your membership might include their complimentary towing service for electric bicycles. For more information, please reach out to CAA member support.
Are you able to test my Bosch battery?
Absolutely. Scooteretti uses the latest battery capacity tools and software to analyse the energy content of all System 2 and Smart System batteries made by Bosch. A full diagnostics report is printed and provided to you for your records.
Are you able to service systems like Rohloff, Enviolo, and Gates Carbon Drive?
We are proud to offer comprehensive service and support for these systems.
Currently, this service is exclusively available to customers who have purchased their electric bikes from Scooteretti.
