Great service from Scooteretti. Very much like the feel of the stem. Much better than the Redshift stems which seem overly stiff, even with the softest dampener. Decent price. Bought a second one. Just trying to decide how to cover/seal the stem to prevent dirt from getting inside.
Any ideas (velcro cover/wrap, inner tube) ???

How do I measure my current stem length so I know which Kinekt Suspension Stem to buy?
To determine your stem length, measure in millimeters from the middle of the handlebars to the middle of the top tube. Select the Kinekt Stem length that closely matches your current measurement. Kinekt Stems are available in 90mm, 105mm, and 120mm lengths with a 7° angle, as well as a 100mm length with a 30° or 50° rise.
What stem angle do I need?
Kinekt Stems come in three distinct rises. The standard 7-degree stem promotes a performance-oriented riding position, whereas the 30-degree and 50-degree stems offer a relaxed and upright posture, which is ideal for e-bikes.
How many springs do I get with each suspension stem?
The Kinekt Stem includes three springs that can be adjusted to match your riding style and the terrain you're tackling. Each kit is equipped with a Soft, Medium (pre-installed), and Firm spring. Switching springs is a breeze and can be done in just a matter of minutes.
What type of maintenance is required?
