2,500km of treadwear but grew a bulge
"My excellent Moustache Samedi came with the Hutchison Python 2. Wear was very good, surviving weight (200lbs of rider and gear plus the 50 lb bike) and 2,500km of tarmac before the lugs faded. But on the rear tire, the sidewall failed in the end, producing a bulge big enough that the carcass started to delaminate. I don't recall hitting anything and I maintained the right tire pressure. I'm switching to an e-bike-specific tire in the hopes it'll be tougher."
