"I bought the PowerPack 500 as a backup to my wife's 7 year old PowerPack 400. The 400 was showing signs of age, although it still had plenty of power for everyday rides. The range on her bike has pretty much doubled with this brute. I expected it to be bigger than the 400, but it seems to be exactly the same size. As for delivery, my local bike shop told me I'd have to wait 2 months to get this battery. From my initial inquiry to delivery from Scooteretti it was less than 3 days. Will was very helpful and quick to respond to my emails. And once I placed the order it was on its way within hours. You know what it's like when you order something for your bike...... You want it NOW! Great product. Great service. Thanks Scooteretti!"

new Bosch battery goes 21,000 km after purchase 2016
"I had been experiencing shorter riding time due to reduced operating time on my very well maintained e-bike which i bought new in 2016. Now with the new battery, I've made a few rides and have been recharging the battery after every ride of about 40km. I have been waiting to write a review until I can share with confidence the experience I have had. I will have ridden almost 50,000 recorded km on 2 electric bikes since 2008. By that I claim some knowledge about how to get the most out of an e-bike power system. My bike, bought in Europe has a Bosch Nyon dashboard display which clearly indicates power level changes from fresh charge to nearly depleted and predicts distance remaining at a given power level. To conclude I have realized that 7 years from a bike battery is quite good. 2016-17 I rode all year, from then til now I ride half a year due to cold winters where I live now. Average about 4,000km per year. I had an expectation of a little more power from the motor but have come to learn the motor also gets older and does not perform as new. I know I can count on Bosch and Scooteretti to keep me riding year after year."

The purchase of the 2 Bosch PowerPack 500's did involve Human Conversation regarding questions that I had and they responded quickly and respectfully with the knowledge to address my concerns . The Batteries were packaged and labelled properly to arrive in perfect condition from Ottawa to Alberta . I will deal with Scooteretti again based on this experience . I give them 5 Stars .
