Will you repair an e-bike not purchased from you?
At Scooteretti, customer satisfaction and exceptional customer service is our top priority. We specialize exclusively in repairing and maintaining eBikes purchased through us or that are equipped with the Bosch ebike system.
If your eBike was purchased elsewhere online or from another shop, please consult them for repair options. Unfortunately, we do not provide services to those who build their own custom-made electric bikes nor do we work on any other types of products such as e-scooters.
Do you repair all brands of electric bikes?
We only service the brands of electric bikes that we sell and any electric bicycles powered by the Bosch eBike system.
