What are Moustache’s warranty conditions?
The warranty is limited to 5 years for the frame and 2 years for bicycle components as well as the Bosch motor system, from the date of purchase. Finishing elements such as the paintwork and stickers are guaranteed for 1 year against any defect. The warranty applies only to the first owner of the bike and is not transferable in the event of resale.
For any warranty claim, visit your authorized Moustache dealer with your purchase invoice. The dealer will carry out an initial diagnosis and contact us if necessary. Normal wear of certain parts (known as wearing parts) is not covered by the warranty.
